Financial controls
What has to happen before money moves
- Competitive quotes Procurement above a set threshold requires competitive quotes and dual authorisation.
- Two signatories Every bank payment requires two signatories. No single person can move funds.
- Signed register Distributions are recorded against a signed register at the point of handover.
- Independent audit Accounts are audited annually by an independent auditor and published in full.
