We do not arrive somewhere and start. We fund people already there.

We do not arrive somewhere and start. We fund people already there.

If you are already working in a community, the question is not whether you need us — it is whether we can be useful without getting in the way.

What we look for

Three things, before anything else

  • Genuine roots in the community. An organisation of the place it serves, not one that opened an office there.
  • A bank account and books that can be audited. They do not need to be sophisticated. They need to be real.
  • A willingness to be spot-checked. Unannounced, occasionally, by someone from our team.

How funding works

Staged against delivery

That is not distrust — it is what lets us tell donors their money is traceable.

  1. Due diligence first. Every partner is due-diligenced before the first release, not after it.
  2. Released in stages. Funding follows delivery rather than being paid up front.
  3. Recorded at handover. Distributions are logged against a signed register, which is what our audit is built on.
